SF3B complex is required for 'A' complex assemblyformed by the stable binding of U2 snRNP to the branchpoint sequence (BPS) in pre-mRNA. Sequence independent binding of SF3A/SF3B complexupstream of the branch site is essential, it may anchor U2 snRNP to thepre-mRNA. [1-3]

ResultsIt is reported that knockout of SF3B5 leads to the decreased SARS-CoV-2 RNA levels compared with control group.
