Recruits TRAF3 and DISC1 tothe microtubules. Involved in kidney development and epithelialmorphogenesis. Involved in the regulation of microtubule cytoskeletonorganization. Is a negative regulator of microtubule stability, actingthrough the control of MAP4 levels. Involved inciliogenesis.
